I ordered items from website and it has been more than week. I contacted the costumer service via email they send me email with 2 tracking number and contact number. I tried tracking on my own I couldn't see any progress then I emailed again to check reason was given Chinese new year. Which I understand but when I called local services from delivery company they could not even locate my tracking number they told me they do not have any information about it. I bought things for $100 dollars but now I don't even know if I am gonna receive them anytime soon. It's not my job to find out when my parcel is gonna be deliver, its your job to get it delivered before it's too late.
