after looking at the shoe charts I got the size too big accidentally. 250 is 9/40 not 8/39. shoes still look good and v comfy, definitely closer to a beige / cream/ tan colour and not white at all. my legs are very skinny and small due to petite frame so the bit around the ankle is a bit loose but still stays up. overall really great
