This is my first time ordering from stylenanda and I am absolutely appalled at the product i received. The lipstick was badly damaged with the sides being scraped off and a hole in the middle. When I emailed stylenanda, I did not get any reply. Upon checking the FAQs, it seems I have to pay to send the lipstick back to them and for them to check before getting a replacement. This is ridiculous as the shipping fee is expensive. The customer service is extremely poor and the quality is absolutely a disaster. Will not be ordering again.
