All packages are issued with tracking numbers. Please go to MY PAGE and see ORDER LIST.
Click on the corresponding order number to view a tracking number. On our system, status is automatically updated as "Delivered" after 15 days of dispatch.
If you failed to receive your package within 4 days, please check recent status and if the package has been forwarded to a different person or to the wrong address,
please contact our customer center as well as the local post office. In some cases, packages may be held at customs for tariffs.
